Member | FTP won't list
The FTP connects with my server. It displays the message "Connected to [ip address], Current directory is '/', LIST"
At that point, it should list the directories and files in the / directory of my website, but nothing comes on the right hand pane.
Any ideas?

Administrator | The most likely senario is that you don't have access to the actual FTP root but rather to a subdirectory just under the root. If you specify that (it's probably your username) as the root path everything should work out fine.

Member | I put the initial directory in the initial directory space and it worked in FTP Courier, but in FTP Open, using the same log on information, it quickly gives the error message "Source Edit - Can't connect to the remote server"
Please help. Or do I need to just use FTP Courier without FTP Open?
